ENTREPRENEURSHIP
CANADIAN CENTER FOR WOMEN'S EMPOWERMENT
This program helps women who plan to start a business, develop a business plan and learn branding, marketing and financing options. This helps to generate income by working for themselves, with the goal of contributing to a financial safety plan. We believe that entrepreneurism is one important option for providing women with opportunities to generate their own income, celebrate their unique skills, and self-determine aspects of their employment circumstances. The program specifically works with women experiencing violence to create a simple business plan that outlines how they might generate income by working for themselves, with the goal of contributing to a financial safety plan. CCFWE support on business plan development, registration, marketing and connect to the community resources. CCFWE will create and facilitate a network of survivor entrepreneurs across Canada through a social enterprise digital platform.
